SAFETY VALVES

Safety valves releases excess pressure to prevent damage to the air brake system when the pressure exceeds the pressure rating of the valve. Be sure to choose a valve with a release pressure suitable for your application. Excess pressure can be caused by a variety of reasons such as a failed governor or restriction in the system.
